Ayokunle Oni is a Partner at Philips Oyedele & Co., specialising in risk management and professional training. He is a first-class accounting graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and began his career with KPMG Professional Services, one of the Big Four global accounting firms.

His career spans risk consulting, internal audit, and regulatory compliance for leading Nigerian financial institutions. He led the implementation of BASEL I/II frameworks and IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) risk modelling, helping banks strengthen their capital adequacy and credit risk frameworks in line with CBN prudential guidelines.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an ACCA member, a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and an MBA holder, he brings a rare combination of international certification and deep local regulatory insight to every engagement.
