Oyedele Philips Olabode is the Managing Partner at Philips Oyedele & Co., bringing over 15 years of hands-on expertise in audit, financial consultancy, and compliance across multi-sector engagements in Nigeria.

He trained with one of Nigeria's most respected medium-sized audit firms and is a SEC-sponsored individual, authorised to conduct capital market operations. His work spans external audit, internal control reviews, forensic investigation, and financial reporting advisory for both private and public sector clients.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACITN), and a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA), he combines deep technical knowledge with practical leadership. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Babcock University, focusing on governance and financial compliance.
