Olubode Shobande is the Audit Manager at Philips Oyedele & Co., bringing deep technical expertise in audit and assurance across diverse industries. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB).

With an HND in Banking and Finance and a Master of Divinity in Theology, Olubode brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective to his work. His career spans banking operations, financial control, and external audit, giving him a well-rounded understanding of financial systems and controls.

He leads audit teams on engagements for clients in banking, manufacturing, hospitality, and the public sector, consistently delivering high-quality audit reports that provide genuine insight to management and stakeholders. He is also responsible for training and mentoring junior audit staff within the firm.
